As part of the “PARANDALO & FUQIZO” project, KIDC organized the activity “The Power to Choose – My Voice, My Boundaries,” focused on personal empowerment, self-confidence, assertive communication, setting healthy boundaries and conscious decision-making. Through discussions, practical exercises and interactive methods, participants reflected on how to express their needs, protect personal boundaries and make decisions with greater confidence.

Through role-play, group reflection and practical exercises, participants explored everyday situations related to personal boundaries, decision-making and assertive communication. The session encouraged women to recognize their own needs, express themselves with confidence and strengthen their ability to make informed choices in family and community life.


The activity created a safe and supportive space for women to share experiences, reflect on everyday challenges and strengthen practical skills for self-expression and decision-making. Interactive exercises helped participants identify personal strengths and explore healthier ways of responding to difficult situations.
